Our Board Meetings are open to our members as well as the general public.  Active members are able to participate in discussions and vote on issues before the Board.  Community members are always welcome to provide input and participate in discussions but do not have a vote.

Our Board meetings take place on the fourth Wednesday of every month @ 7:00 PM at the theater, unless otherwise specified. (No meetings in July or December). The schedule for 2024 is:

April – annual retreat (to be scheduled)
May 22 @ 7 PM
June 26 @ 7 PM

July – No Meeting
August 28 @ 7 PM
September 25 @ 7 PM

December – No Meeting
