Ticket Policies
GENERAL: Theater opens approximately 30 minutes before curtain for seating. Performances begin on time. Late seating will be made at an appropriate seating break, but could be several minutes into the performance.
TICKETING: The Portland Civic Players (box office) and Ticketleap (online) are the only authorized sellers for Portland Civic Players productions. Tickets can be purchased online, at the box office, or by phone. Seats cannot be reserved without payment, all tickets must be paid for at the time of order. Electronic tickets will be delivered to you by email. You may print a copy of your ticket to bring to the show, or present your electronic ticket to the usher on your smartphone.
RESERVED SEATING: For reserved seating events, you may select your own seat(s) when purchasing tickets online (desktop or laptop) or through the box office. NOTE: You cannot select your own seats when purchasing tickets online via mobile device (phone or table), the “best available” seats will be automatically assigned.
PAYMENT: All major credit cards are accepted for online and box office ticket sales. You may also pay by cash or check when purchasing tickets at the box office.
FEES: Ticketleap charges a convenience fee for each ticket purchased online (approximately $1.50 each, depending on individual ticket prices). No fee is charged for phone orders or box office sales.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: Refunds only. Request must be made at least 7 days before the performance date.
PRIVACY POLICY: Portland Civic Players collects certain personal information in order to respond to your requests, improve our shows and facilities, and to communicate with you. We will never sell or share information collected through our website or ticketing.
